"I have lost over 30 pounds in less than seven months and I am stronger and fitter than I have been in years.  This is the direct result of Mironda’s classes.  Even though it is a class, the workouts are geared toward the individual’s ability, strengths and weaknesses.  Mironda pushes but with encouragement and support.  Not only does Mironda create and direct the physical workouts, she also monitors food and exercise journals to keep us on track. 


Mironda’s expertise, support and guidance are essential to my becoming stronger, lighter, with increased balance and having better posture.  Even though I have a significant amount of weight to lose, everybody has noticed the change.  I look like I have lost more weight than I have because of the fitness part of the program.  I have defined muscles now.  I recently moved and did most of the moving myself with a couple of friends.  I would have never been able to carry boxes up to my new second floor apartment.  It is not easy for a person who has lots of weight to lose and has a long way to go to get into shape to find a comfortable setting in which to do so.
